About Us

Christine Siegel, OwnerChristine Siegel

Founding partner and head floral designer, Christine Siegel, has worked in the floral industry for 25 years. Her love of flowers began at the age of 15 while working as a cashier in an east coast flower shop. Once in college, Siegel continued to hone her floral design skills and soon decided to pursue her passion for floral arranging – turning it into a full-fledged career. After working for several New York flower designers and owning her own studio in her New Jersey hometown, she moved to Phoenix in 1995 and opened The Flower Studio.

Designing the flowers for her own wedding in 1998, Christine felt a deeper connection with her clients and felt a heightened sense of inspiration for creating the unexpected. Christine is especially drawn to special occasion floral design, where she incorporates her philosophy that “the market is full of average florists. That’s what drives me to be above average – way above average.”

With thousands of satisfied clients, among them well-known celebrities and local sports stars such as Mark Grace, Mark Molder, Matt Williams, Steve Nash and Shelly Duncan; Siegel has no doubt proven herself to be “way above average”. The Flower Studio also partners with many of the top local resorts including The Arizona Biltmore, Four Seasons Resort, Scottsdale at Troon North, Montelucia Resort, Royal Palms Resort and Spa and The Ritz Carlton, Phoenix. Corporate clients include Tiffany & Co, Morgan Stanley, Neiman Marcus, Rustoleum and John Deere.

Christine Siegel, OwnerChristine and The Flower Studio created the decor for the wedding of Gina Lee Nolan and Cale Hulse, which was featured in both In Style Weddings and People magazine. In Style magazine featured florals that decorated Stevie Nicks’ Paradise Valley home, and Platinum Weddings television show featured a Spanish style wedding by The Flower Studio.

When Christine is not creating well-received custom pieces for brides, businesses and celebrity clients, she makes time to teach floral design classes for non-profit organizations. A resident of Scottsdale, Arizona, Christine, most importantly shares her life with husband, Marc, and their two sons, Zack and Aidan.
